how do u "detach" emotionally to toxic people-friendships-relationships and like that to people without feeling "bad" it see I'm empathetic and super sensitive and am trying to learn how to do that and say with my chest not just in my head.hope that makes sense

I was forced while younger. I have moved on but I have definitely not forgiven. I am making peace with myself for having a bitter side. I have had to wait till I am not so hurt to do something about it, but trust me there will come a day.
