I have had a shoulder surgery that went incredibly well and a wonderful recovery. No ragrets. You need to do your fucking PT. My therapist had me crying some days with stretches. After recovery, which does take awhile. I took up serious lifting and benched 285lbs 18 months later. My knee surgery was way worse but I still ran my first ultramarathon 8 months after surgery. Im better off after all my surgeries. You gotta do the PT, no matter how much it sucks

2 years ago got this feel perfectly fine still to this day leg pressed 748 lbs the other day at the gym im back to normal this is worse than a shoulder

I still haven’t done surgery on my anterior dislocated shoulder. Should I? I don’t want to but I don’t want it falling out again. It’s already done it a couple times. Preciate the feedback bros.

Soooo, I have had 30 dislocations in the last decade. 1st surgery worked and had me able to get in the best shape of my life. Until one day I slipped down a big ol flight of wooden stairs. We are on surgery #2 and 8 months down......babying it, but better than another dislocation💯
