So yummy 😍😍 Ingredients * 2 onions, diced * 1 tbsp garlic & ginger paste * 1 tomato, chopped * A splash of water (plus extra as needed) * 1 packet Shan Special Biryani Masala * 1 baby chicken, cut into curry pieces * 1 tbsp Greek yogurt * White rice (enough for 4–6 people) * Food colouring (optional) * Lemon slices * Fresh coriander, chopped Method 1. Heat a little oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the diced onions and cook until softened and lightly browned. 2. Stir in the garlic and ginger paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until the raw smell disappears. 3. Add the chopped tomato along with a splash of water. Cook until the tomato softens and breaks down into the onions. 4. While the tomato is cooking, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the white rice and cook until it is about 75% cooked. Drain and set aside. 5. Stir in the Shan Special Biryani Masala and mix well with the onion and tomato mixture. 6. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they begin to brown. 7. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and mix until the chicken is evenly coated. 8. Add a little water, cover, and cook until the chicken is tender and fully cooked. Remove the lid and allow any excess liquid to reduce, leaving a thick masala coating the chicken. 9. Layer the biryani: * Spread the chicken masala in the pan. * Cover with a layer of the partially cooked rice. * Repeat if making multiple layers. 10. Sprinkle a few drops of food colouring over the rice, then top with lemon slices and chopped fresh coriander. 11. Cover the pan tightly with a lid and cook on the lowest heat for 15–20 minutes to allow the rice to finish cooking. 12. Gently fluff the rice before serving. #foryoupage #pakistani #viral #biryani #Recipe
