I stayed here and they were awful. They made copies of my card and attempted to use it to order Uber Eats and Deliveroo to the hotel whilst I was at my OWN birthday meal (I don’t live in London so I was staying there for the event itself) and my room was absolutely infested with flies and stunk of cigarette smoke. I left a TripAdvisor review of them after refusing to stay there and for months after they would harass me via phone and WhatsApp threatening me constantly to the point I had to report it to the police. When I came back and confronted them they wouldn’t let me get my bags to leave, locked my room and refused me entry until I threatened to call the police and eventually they relented when I started recording them. I disputed the charge for the hotel from my bank and they submitted faked evidence that I did infact stay the night despite the fact that I recorded the entire interaction and me leaving. There’s a reason it’s so cheap because it’s completely untrustworthy and frankly dangerous. I got my whole entire cost back after telling them via NatWest I would report them to the police and they eventually settled. I wouldn’t stay here again even if you paid me ‼️

Don't know where you found those rates, but the cheapest I could find on their own website and booking.com was more than £100 per night

Please never plug your phone into any usb outside of your own home. Cyber security 101. Always use a plug they can’t access your phone though a plug. Not saying the hotel is the issue but anyone could have done something to their usbs that they don’t know about

the kitchen isnt why its a 4 star. its a 4 star because it will have a gym. (5 stars have a conference room - the star system is based on facilities not quality)
