I added honey cold foam to espresso and aloe juice to make a trendy internet drink from a couple years ago, and it worked out better than I imagined! The fruity sweet and sour notes from the aloe played super well with the creamy cold foam and espresso. However, I don’t think I’d like this drink at all if there weren’t milk or cream in it.
