I believe many of the stays you get it's because you are pet friendly. I can't imagine the other crazy couple renting to someone with a dog the would penalty charge for each time the dog barked & for barking loud 🤣🤣🤣

Based on what I make renting out two bedrooms, I would have thought you made a lot more. July was a high month for me and I made $4800. In just rent out two bedrooms in my basement and they’re each a separate listing with their own bathroom and common areas (like the kitchen and family room) being shared. This month I am already set to make $3900 and I still have several days unbooked.
