I’m going to miss her getting pissed off at Shadow and his sticks. They were so funny together and just so special, in a world full of bad news these two were a light. May she fly high and meet with Sandy, Shadows next lady has BIG feathers to fill.

at least she died with mercy. in the wild she would have suffered and most likely died to another animal or the illness the day of the rescue because she was so weak but instead she died with the last few days being hand fed, stomach always full, in a warm place with medicine to ease her till she passed away. couldn't think of a better way for her illness outcome. 💗

Jackie passing away was the saddest news I have heard in a long time. She was absolutely gorgeous. Shadow must be so heartbroken in losing his mate.
