#1 it is the the job of the police departments to enforce the rules of a private entity like an HOA. Any issues should be taken up either the HOA and they should handle those issues. If they need cops to handle those issues they need to hire their own cops, security, watchmen etc. #2 HOA’s should be outlawed. Unless you’re paying my mortgage and taxes what I do at my own home is my own business. If I do something that annoys another (loud music heavy partying) then that might be put into a city ordinance that cops could be appropriate to handle.

That moment is as fault she had no business going in Sammy‘s house and grabbing her arm. They probably get on a soft battery. This old lady should get arrested. Take it to the station. Tell what the roads are see if the other people wanna file charges on it? They file charges on her. She’s done. That’s why the police are there. If you have trouble with your neighbor call the police I trouble with this one neighbor where my mom used to live here harassed me and other stuff at my mom‘s house, and I would call the cops on him.
