We took our fight to the UK Home Office in London. We stood outside the building and asked them for transparency. I found out about MBR Acres 2 months ago and just like everyone else stood outside the home office last week, and thousands of people across the country, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the 2,000 dogs per year living in conditions that can only be described as psychological torture, and that anywhere else in UK would be classed as animal abuse. Home Office inspectors have visited MBR Acres, for several years, and they have never identified one single welfare concern for these dogs. And yet whistleblower footage evidences the dogs living in faeces and urine, no bedding just hard floors, no outdoor access, no temperature control, no water bowls, no enrichment, water feeder bottles that can get clogged with sawdust, males fighting, and over bred Mothers. No temperature control, Dogs seemingly left unattended for up to 20 hours a day on weekends. Sawdust on the floor that poses a serious health risk to puppies. There are 134 active establishments licensed to breed, supply, or perform scientific procedures on animals in England, Scotland, and Wales, According to the latest official Home Office ASRU report, the regulator audited a total of 68 licensed establishments which means that 66 facilities never had any audit at all. At one point, they audited MBR Acres via a remote online session. This is madness, we are meant to be a dog loving country.

Thank you for everything you do for these animals animal testing should not be happening in 2026. It is sickening and barbaric what they do to these dogs and other animals they feel pain and have feelings too. This needs to stop now.
