@cbsatlanta: A Clarke County grand jury has indicted Kenneth Leland Morgan on aggravated assault charges stemming from an Oct. 23, 2025 incident at a downtown Athens bar where he was wearing a Nazi uniform. Video that went viral shows students confronting Morgan and one student appearing to try to remove his swastika armband before he swings a glass mug at her face. The University of Georgia called the incident appalling and said its Student Care and Outreach team was supporting the student and witnesses. The student, Grace Lang, said she was left with a broken nose and needed multiple stitches after Morgan struck her with a glass pitcher. Morgan's arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 15.
not a supporter of hate in any form or uniform for that matter...BUT! She assaulted him and caused that situation to be escalated. keep your opinions and hands to yourself. Were we not taught that as kids?

“The court ruled you have to stand and let people assault you if you’re wearing something people don’t like”

Freedom of speech and freedom of conduct goes both ways whether or not if you like it. What law did he break? You can disagree with him but since when are people convicted over that?
