That bird is overheated. They can die if they’re wrapped or burrowed in blankets. It’s panting. Please do not let your birds sleep inside blankets or sleep WITH you under a blanket. A human produces a lot of body heat, too much heat for a small animal like a bird to handle. A lot of first time bird owners will accidentally kill their birds from overheating by letting them take naps under blankets together.
