All medical professionals have a duty of care to their patients, video appointments is the failing here.how do you begin to understand your patient if you never ever meet them in person 😳😳😳😳😳 the entire situation is shocking 😮 my opinion is that Lindsey went through a lot, so much so it actually broke her, and I believe her husband had a lot to do with her mental health . And some of the doctors let her down very badly and contributed to the outcome

Telehealth is important and many patient benefit from it HOWEVER she should have either referred her out to someone who could take over her care when she noticed there was no real improvement as well as asked her to go in as she as a psychiatrist should have asked more questions/ gave life ideas instead of pushing medication on someone who was already hesitant. Overall she also did not listen to Lindsey hence why she looked multiple different places for help…
