Evangelion still better

Ian Garry’s Cuckchair :

Gundam is the best mecha anime, Evangelion is the best anime with mecha in it (Code Geass fans can cope Lelouch is just ayanokoji in a geopolitical setting with better writing)

0ri0nfn :

enter gundam*

𝓢𝓛𝓥𝓡 :

Evangaleon good using Mechas as an allegory for human connection, it works best as a phycological horror, but it doesn’t deliver as a traditional Mecha anime. Since that wasn’t the central theme
