I think this is what scared me into getting and epidural lol I wanted to go natural knowing damn well I can’t even take a simple paper cut without freaking out 😂🤦🏼♀️I made it to about 6cm before I got scared and was like nope give it to me now before it’s too late and thank goodness I did because having that oxygen mask on and the doctor telling me I need to calm down before I go into emergency surgery and dad won’t be able to be in there with me was scary enough. (He told me to calm down because the people that were with us made a huge deal that I just wanted dad in the room with me because neither of us had our mothers with us so I wanted it o be just us and she got mad and I started crying)

my first that was me. I had a nurse tell me I was scaring the other moms and I distinctly remember screaming "I don't fucking care" the cord was around his neck, he had to be resuscitated, I had been pushing for almost 2 hours. the epidural failed. I just just turned 19. I sobbed apologizing afterwards

Welp. I’m due in November and have an intense fear of childbirth. Like it is one of my greatest fears. Second greatest fear? Epidural failing or not making it in time to get the epidural. This scared the absolute shit out of me. I am not mentally able to handle this. Help 😫😭
