I grew up out in Maxwell park. It’s always been a good spot with decent sized homes. Nice yards. Great weather!

anything over a million dollars in Oakland is outrageous!! if it was a safe place to live it would be justified but with all the crime there is no way anybody is that stupid to pay him over a million dollars for a home that goes for $600,000 anywhere else
