depends on the company ig— my company’s ai is horrific; just matches ppl to jobs it thinks the person is qualified for- my team and i end up reviewing every person manually. waste of money and time lmao

Have a friend doing hiring for iHeart media and she has spotted this and immediately these candidates are labeled dishonest and their resumes, no matter their experience, are tossed.
