Yet, I continued seeing driver's having a cell phone in their hands, or set their phones between their crouches, even some attached the center of their steering wheels, or pickup their phone at stop lights... Not many cares but still thumbing at this law with the Catch me if you can attitude... Need a much more severe ticke.
