Hear me out: a six issue April O’ Neil mini-series. In addition to bringing in some extended TMNT family appearances, maybe throw some fringe indie comic cameos/involvement? (Savage Dragon, Sam & Twitch, BPRD, any number of Image/Dark Horse books).

it doesn't matter whether or not someone pictures the turtles as black or white, i picture it as a multiverse like spiderman or even miku. anyone can wear the mask and they're all canon.
