I love using skin toned sports tape on the spots I know will blister! Saves me the money from expensive blister patches aaand also the pain of blisters. The shoe will just rub on the tape, and with a quick water/oil soak the tape comes right off ☀️

Have you tried a blister stick? You rub them on the points that get friction and it really helps prevent blisters. They’re incredible

I needed those scar patches after breaking my shoulder. I too have EDS. My scar is pretty nasty because they don’t stitch but just glue the incision due to having you start rehab ASAP and it tear if stitched.

There are rolls of those scar patches on Amazon. You can cut just the length you need and they work great on any cut, blister, acne scar, whatever needs healing

You can also cut the Frieda patches for smaller areas. I had a hysterectomy and used them for the laparoscopic scars on my stomach.
