Don't forget how we have to send in a resume and then also type out the contents of the entire resume again in a subsequent form that will be sent with the resume. Then in the pre-interview they want you to verbally recount every section of the resume and application.

Accurate! 6 interviews for a CFO position including a group interview with all personnel that would ultimately report to me. Recruiter said it was “all positive feedback” from everyone. But “somebody” knew “someone” and I did not get the job. WTAF!

Was interviewing for aN IT job and they drilled the living heck out of me for the first tech interview. I did good. Went to a second interview for behavioral questions. Got positive feedback for that. A week went by no answer until eventually the recruiter emailed saying they really like you basically wanted you but just found out there’s no budget for the position HAHAHAH

Multiple interviews, had to take a test, had to write an essay, and then a dinner interview with the president and director.. a lot of time and effort and didn’t get the job. Glad to hear that company is just doing meh.
