I usually just talk to myself naturally about having what it is that I want but ik a lot of people say repetition and affirming work very very quickly (ik time isn’t real and I have my desires already) but do u have any thoughts on this? Bc ik we don’t have to affirm and that being is more important but then y do ppl get fast results with saturation?
