@andreamarcellusofficial: Clear protein powders are everywhere right now, but more protein does NOT automatically mean better for your weight loss journey. Protein is still energy, and your individual needs matter. So instead of chasing an arbitrary protein number, I want you to pay attention to what else is actually in that powder. My biggest things to check: How long is the ingredient list? Are there a ton of added enzymes or extras you may not need? What is it sweetened with? And if it contains collagen, do you know anything about the sourcing? When it comes to sweeteners, I’d look for options using stevia, monk fruit or their extracts rather than loading up on other artificial sweeteners. And remember: just because an ingredient sounds healthy doesn’t mean you need it. I will always prefer getting as much nutrition as possible from real food, but if a clear protein powder makes sense for you, keep it SIMPLE. Read the entire ingredient list — not just the protein number on the front.
