I'm impressed you stayed on that long. I was IN my classroom during the school day when a parent called the school and when they started yelling at me without listening I said "I will not be spoken to this way I'm hanging up" and did so without waiting for them to acknowledge my words. if they wanted to have a discussion I'm there for it but you want to twist what happened and scream at me for it, you don't get my attention
