This happened in Ocala Fl. The mom knew he was binding the kids and beating them. She left and got her nails done. When the bf called and said he killed the child she finished getting her nails done and then came home over an hour later. She was later arrested because she knew that he had been violent with the kids and had the baby locked up and hog tied
