Sorry, didn’t she describe EVERYONE as unrealistically beautiful/handsome 💀 Shannon was malnourished and somehow was ‘the most beautiful girl’ and the reason she got bullied was ‘because boyfriends looked at her’ PLEASE. She also somehow ended up having the ‘perfect body’ and the fourth best grades? Gibsie, the one character that was meant to be on the chubbier side ended up ‘not having any rolls’. Hardly anyone claims Hugh as most athletic but him being insanely mart isn’t unrealistic saying he had one of the most secure upbringings? Also we’re forgetting all characters are BASED off someone else. Johnny is literally her husband book reincarnate ffs

The comments don’t get it omg😭💔 Many authors have favourites but I’ve never read a story where it was that obvious. In the first books, Katie was described as gorgeous and unreal, now Lizzie is..? That doesn’t even make any sense. And in R10, all characters were mischaracterised in my opinion. Also how can Lizzie be the smartest and everything while she is living through that trauma?

R10 was pure character assassination not only of Lizzie and the other characters, but also of their actual traits and personalities. Like, why did they suddenly look and act completely different? You can’t justify everything you wrote by just saying, “It’s a different perspective!” 😭

Ngl but I can’t understand how Hugh and Liz are the smartest of the series. Didn’t Katie got into Tommen with a scholarship? And Johnny also said that he needs to maintain his good grades bc of the academy. Like don’t get me wrong, I can understand that Hugh is the smartest but with everything going on with Liz it’s hard to understand how she is SO smart tho. And how is Hugh the MOST athletic when rugby is just an activity for him???

i wish some authors would keep this information to themselves. curiously, they always see themselves in the characters who are the most attractive, receive the most male attention, and somehow have issues with other female characters (most times bc of boys ) the same thing happened with penelope douglas and her character rika fane, it made rika unbearable to read ever since i found out lol

And I’m not even gonna lie but CW nerfed Liz’s character SO BAD with all the traumas she gave her. It would’ve been much better if she just kept M*ark, Caohime’s death and her $H, but the mental illness, the miscarriage, the electroshock and the scary lady, I fear, weren’t necessary💔

this right here is why I resent hizzie ,the level of self insert gets so effing plain that it is inexcusable. takes away from any relatabiility something i dored either the lynchs . Joey or Shannon were not unaffected from the trauma in their lives ie their grades being average inspite being academically inclined .
