During our final weeks of Law exams, the Law School would bring puppies into the Uni so we could spend time & cuddle with them. This also happened at a Law Firm I worked at, they’d bring puppies or kittens in every now and I can confirm 100% it does work!

As someone involved in animal assisted therapy at children's memorial hosptial, there are a ton of studies backing up dogs and mental health. It's why we were allowed in all sorts of places at the hospital. And it wasn't always for the patients. I hope your niece always has a gaggle of puppies around. Watching your feed over the years, it's a safe bet!

Facts have actually proven dogs heal humans hearts. It shows we live longer and live happier lives period. So yes you have her peace in choas just by the presence of puppies! 💕 Priceless

My sister’s dog had puppies when I was going through a really hard time and I would literally go to her house and lay on the floor with them to cheer up. There’s something in that puppy breath.

are you still work at this one doggy daycare and when I was having a bad day I would lay a towel on the ground and just lay down and let the dogs have at me. genuinely always made me feel better

i can attest to the joy puppy cuddles bring. my mom died this week and my sister and i went to puppy yoga. it was the most content i’ve seen my sister in a long time having a sleeping puppy in her lap for 30 minutes
