Walmart offers schooling, collage courses and if you need to get your GED. A lot of associates don’t know that. They even you classes to learn a different languages even sign language 🫶🏼

the Roth is better, put it on 6% you don't pay tax when you take it out at 59 1/2 you can have both 41k and Roth. you choose which one you can put your 6% buy some stocks, start small $20.00 every time you get a rise it when you get a rise. I work for walmart
