This happened to me about two years ago and they had all of my information email address passwords. They had everything and the kicker was that they were giving me a discount which she is correct. AT&T would never call you phone and tell you they’re gonna give you a discount, but they went a little bit further. They said we got your lowered by a certain amount and for your inconvenience you get a free gift and you had a choice between the iPad and the iPhone well at that point I was like this doesn’t sound right so I said well you can call me back and we can finish this call. I immediately called AT&T and of course they told me that we never call you until you were gonna lower your bill and in the meantime, I get a message from the credit card company because they had that information too that I was just charged for a brand new iPhone and to fix this error. It took me six months to get it Fixed.
