I wear dark sunglasses when I drive at night because the LED headlights genuinely give me the worst adrenaline rushes and migraines. And I switched to night shift because my job cuts off all the lights overnight 😂 and it’s not noisy. Sound and lights exacerbate my symptoms SO much. I can’t go into Walmart AT ALL. Curbside or delivery only.

DOLLAR TREE- LIGIT EVERY DOLLAR TREE IVE BEEN IN WITH THE HEAT OMFG- I feel so bad for my mom.. shes so excited to go out with me but the moment we go into dollar tree or walmart a migraine starts and my symptoms flare sooooooo bad, I hate it sm and yea my mom just wants to spend time with me and I feel so bad.. Getting a telescope stool soon though! bc I cant use a walker due to my hips a cane is best for my body but again the floors nasty.. so stool we go! anyone have any good ones they've found that are collapsible and easy to carry..?

I have to wear headphones. Pretty sure the music helps me regulate my heartrate as well as spiking dopamine. All I know is heaphones = good grocery trip. No headphones = long recovery time
