Chinese Soup Dumplings 🥟❤️✨ Ingredients For the Dumplings: 1 lb ground pork 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp MSG 1/2 tsp white pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp bamboo shoots, finely chopped 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped Dumpling wrappers (store-bought or homemade) For the Soup Base: 4 cups chicken broth 2 cups bok choy, chopped 2 scallions, finely sliced (for garnish) Instructions Step 1: Prepare the Dumpling Filling In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, MSG, white pepper, minced garlic, finely chopped bamboo shoots, and spinach. Mix thoroughly until the filling is well combined and sticky. Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Step 2: Wrap the Dumplings Place a small spoonful (about 1 tsp) of filling into the center of a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, pleating the edges to seal tightly. Ensure there are no air pockets. Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers. Step 3: Cook the Soup Broth In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add bok choy and simmer for 5–7 minutes until tender. Keep the broth warm over low heat. Step 4: Cook the Dumplings Bring a large pot of water to a gentle boil. Add the dumplings in batches, ensuring they don’t stick together. Cook for 3–5 minutes or until they float to the top and are fully cooked. Step 5: Assemble and Serve Ladle the hot bok choy broth into serving bowls. Gently transfer cooked dumplings into the bowls. Garnish with sliced scallions on top. Serve hot and enjoy! #foryoupage @Cameron @molly
