So just saying — he is a BRILLIANT attorney. All of these moments are being observed and he knows it. This is 100% a tactic (though I do think it’s also genuine) and he is winning in the court of public opinion. I wonder if the jury is around to see small moments like these because they can absolutely sway their sentiment. Smart smart smart

Lindsay seems so so so checked out. There is very little going on up there and that’s punishment enough no matter how this case unfolds. She seems either heavily sedated or just tuned out for most of this
