The Prophet ﷺ said: “Recite ‘Qul ya ayyuhal-kafirun’ before you go to sleep, for indeed it is a disavowal from shirk.” It was narrated from Nawfal al-Ashja‘i رضي الله عنه and reported by Abu Dawud (5055) and al-Tirmidhi (3403).

Farwah ibn Nawfal reported that his father came to the Prophet Muhammad and asked for something to recite before sleeping. The Prophet replied: "Recite 'Qul ya ayyuha al-kafirun, then go to sleep at the end of it, for it is a disavowal from shirk.
