Technically, the anime and the movie are not incomplete. Both have imagined endings. The manga is incomplete, and it does not look like CLAMP will revisit finishing it, at least at this point. I know the members of CLAMP have stated that one of the animated version ends most like what they had envisioned the possible ending being, but I do not remember which one was stated. This is still one of my favorite manga/anime to this day. I was lucky enough to find it near its original release, and was able to easily obtain the whole manga and anime series and the movie, as well as many of the collectibles that were released at the time. They are some of my prized possessions. I sincerely wish you luck on your journey of discovery. 🖤

I forgot to mention that eBay and Amazon are both easy avenues for obtaining both the manga and series videos. If you have a good independent anime/manga new/used collectibles store near you, you may be able to check to see if they have any/all of it and/or see if they can help you obtain them if you prefer not to use Amazon or eBay.
