I feel so bad for them :( not everyone is gonna stop buying them and they either end up stuck in a pet store cage their whole life or they’re adopted into a home that mistreats them. I’ve had to lecture grown adults who horrifically killed their guinea pigs that they should do research/NOT get another, and they’re also stupid about it. 😭

I have a business where we take in any bettas that are too sick to be bought, we help them get better, and we put them on our website. That way the bettas still get good homes without supporting the mill 🥰
