Pemerintah Diminta Taat Konstitusi soal MBG, PDIP: Usia Cawapres Bisa Wakil Ketua Komisi IX DPR RI Fraksi PDIP, Charles Honoris mendesak pemerintah untuk menaati konstitusi dengan menindaklanjuti putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) tentang pemisahan anggaran program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dari pendidikan. Charles menegaskan, putusan MK mengandung tafsir yang sangat jelas bahwa anggaran MBG yang dimasukkan dalam klaster pendidikan bersifat inkonstitusional. Artinya, kalau pemerintah tidak mau melanggar konstitusi, maka penerapan putusan MK harus dilakukan sesegera mungkin.
Pemerintah Diminta Taat Konstitusi soal MBG, PDIP: Usia Cawapres Bisa Wakil Ketua Komisi IX DPR RI Fraksi PDIP, Charles Honoris mendesak pemerintah untuk menaati konstitusi dengan menindaklanjuti putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) tentang pemisahan anggaran program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dari pendidikan. Charles menegaskan, putusan MK mengandung tafsir yang sangat jelas bahwa anggaran MBG yang dimasukkan dalam klaster pendidikan bersifat inkonstitusional. Artinya, kalau pemerintah tidak mau melanggar konstitusi, maka penerapan putusan MK harus dilakukan sesegera mungkin. "Kalau kita mau taat konstitusi, kita tidak mau melanggar konstitusi, maka putusan MK harus segera diterapkan, yaitu dianggarkan di tahun 2027. Bahkan kalau perlu dibuat APBN Perubahan di tahun 2026," kata Charles di Gedung DPR, Jakarta, Senin (3/8/2026). Menurut Charles, putusan MK seharusnya dapat dieksekusi lebih cepat. Ia membandingkannya dengan putusan MK terkait syarat usia calon wakil presiden yang, menurutnya, dapat segera diimplementasikan hanya dalam hitungan hari.
