You got a size smaller than you wanted and it fits a little tight. I don't see how that's a them problem. They should have a size chart, though. It's rare to have anything fit perfectly that isn't tailored.

Let’s keep in mind brands sell to their target audience as well as carry sizes to the majority. So if majority buying are S-3x that’s what they going to carry, they not going to cater to your personal preferences. Find a brand that does , it’s plenty of them . Do your research and support the brands that cater to your size .
