@rajbathla2: 🚨 NEW USCIS POLICY — Effective August 5, 2026 USCIS officers now have broader discretion to DENY certain immigration applications and petitions without first issuing an RFE or NOID if required initial evidence is missing. This policy also applies to cases that were already pending on August 5, 2026, not just new filings. The message is simple: Do not file an incomplete application assuming USCIS will give you another chance through an RFE.
