Non-restful sleep? Fibro is like, pain everywhere. But you need a sleep study. Also. ADHD? Sounds like you don’t have dopamine. But ADHD would make it difficult to get restful sleep. I barely get deep REM. Also.. not related. But uhh. For the record. You’re more beautiful than all the stars in the sky, and your smile is twice as bright. We have to FIGHT like hell to get the care we deserve nowadays.

"I know it's not all in my head".... that's a bad way to look at this. sometimes we can have real physical symptoms without having a tangible source. very often things like this can be as a result of depression, anxiety, or similar disorders.
for me, I spent years of my life trying to figure out what was wrong with my heart. one out of every five heartbeats would be a palpitation, frequent nausea, restlessness, lightheadedness, sluggishness, and even syncope episodes. I had six EKG's over the course of three years and all indicated some kind of hypertrophy, yet all of my chest echos were normal. finally one of my doctors gave me Xanax and it cured everything. but I never say it was, "just anxiety" because anxiety isn't just something in your head, it has a cause too! for me, it's past trauma mixed with low gamma Aminobutyric acid levels in my brain.
this is all to say that real and life altering physical symptoms don't necessarily need to come from something like an autoimmune disorder or a chronic infection or a neuro degenerative disorder. sometimes they can be caused by the complex relationship between your limbic system and the compounds your brain uses to along with cumulative brain damage caused by trauma or injury.

I'm sorry you're going through that. You look quite anemic (respectfully). I would probably meet with your pcp and specifically ask about MS (bc you look about that age), EBV (because mono can do weird things to you), and GI bleeds/hepatitis.
Idk if there's more story here, something to think about, also is giving a thorough medical history to your doctor and, if relevant, getting your CD4 count checked.
Also, I notice you're in an RV. make sure you're not experiencing an environmental exposure to things like mercury, lead, carbon monoxide, or mold.

it's worth it to get a blood test and see what you're low on and supplement correctly. methylfolate works well for me

Start moving, walking, lifting, swimming, any activities. More you move, stronger you going to feel.
Doctors are not going to help. they'll only give you pills.
