You think you could be having an allergic reaction to the detergent that the hotel uses to wash their bedding/towels?? Maybe try taking a Benadryl… i changed shampoos once and my face did this and took Benadryl for 2-3 nights and it went away…

Omg! My sister had a facial done and she strictly uses my products. I have no idea what they used on her but 24 hours after her facial her skin did this and then started flaking and got itchy and burned. She had to get a steroid shot. And some other stuff. Praying this goes away soon for you!!

My best educated guess (nurse)/internet diagnosis...a form of folliculitis. I'd make a dermatologist appt.

Esthetician here! Looks like it could be some type of dermatitis. Just use gentle cleanser and moisturizer for now and if it doesn’t clear up on its own go see a derm!

It could be a allergic reaction or heat rash. My daughter just dealt with the same thing.

it may have been the detergent used on the sheets and towels where you were staying. Could it be heat rash maybe? Bless your heart! Maybe try some type of antihistamines and use nothing but Vanicream products until it heals. Disrupted skin barrier during a flare up like this could be worsened by your normal skin products until it heals.

You need clindamycin ointment. I get that after an allergic reaction. See a dr.

May have to go to see a dermatologist. Don’t want to just use OTC around your eyes. 🥰
