I got told to get one of them belly lifting belts.. I looked at the male doctor telling me about my bad back whilst growing twin boys and wanted to remind him there is my metaphorical balls and I've grown 2 sets in my womb at that present time. Instead he got the death stare and me saying that. is. not. the. answer.

Girl go to a physio for the sciatica I’m telling you the stretches they get you to do are easy and help soooooo much! I have sciatica on my left side and the pain is real 😩
