Here’s the thing for minors and ankle monitors. They are “usually” NOT issued for felonies as with adults. They are “normally” issued for delinquent behavior; fighting, curfew violations, truancy and theft. The fact they’re allowed to go to school says the offense was not that serious. If so, they’d be confined.👍🏽
