I have reasonable doubt myself primarily because she cooled faster than a corpse even with her injuries. So I’m curious if they will have an expert testify that it wasn’t just possible, because anything is, but if it’s probable. But yes to all of these wild theories out here. I’m so focused on the evidence and people have gone into TikTok psychosis.

I think it's ridiculous that you can create a civil case with the narrative you killed your children but then say you didn't kill them in a criminal case - you either did or you didn't

wouldn't both being acquitted and a guilty verdict hurt her civil case? not guilty by lack of criminal responsibility seems like best case scenario for her.

Reddington knows what happened. But his only option was to use his fact based knowledge for reasonable doubt. That’s why he wanted a bifurcated trial. He didn’t get it. You need to simply READ THE JURY INSTRUCTIONS‼️

Am I getting this yet- Juries RARELY are able to believe, from the same defendant- “I didn’t do it” AND “(if I did) I was not of sane mind”. From my understanding this was the only reasonable defense strategy in her situation. But the CW still has to prove 1) she did it beyond reasonable doubt and 2) this was premeditated. My question to you though (this part I’m still not getting) is what happens if the CW cannot prove she did it beyond reasonable doubt? Does it automatically go to NGRI? Then what? I’m tired of all the confusion too. When the judge addressed the jury at open of trial I *thought* I understood it. But I guess at that time I never considered an outcome where they wouldn’t be proving beyond reasonable doubt that she did it.

It’s a long shot, but, again, BIG but, Defense could move for motion for a directed verdict, motion for judgement of acquittal or motion for a required finding of not guilty (all depending on what each jurisdiction calls it), and IF allowed, case is over, everyone go home (as long as it’s dismissed with prejudice of course). Governed by Mass. Rules of Crim. Pro. Rule 25(a). Another long shot; jurors can vote flat out “not guilty” if the Commonwealth does not prove malice AND intent for premeditated M. Opening statements and/or arguments are NOT evidence. Many do not understand that and/or overlook it. A great question is, did the Commonwealth meet either burden? Love your insight ❤️

The issue here is, abs i understand the law, but the issue here is that what this boils down to is "she didnt do it but if she did it wasnt her fault". And the fact that the prosecution has to prove something that the defense attorney has openly stated multiple times. That's where the confusion is coming in.

I’ve been seeing some lawyers get on here and talk about how they are qualified to speak on the case and whatnot… but some of them claim she didn’t do this, while others are saying she did. Maybe you can’t answer this, but why do you think that is? It’s just weird to me.
