This isn’t luck… it’s consistency across everything I do. You see a bunch of smiley bikini pics but this is more than that. This is more than working hard in an out of the gym. This is about working hard period. This is about a mom who pours everything she has into everything she does. I worked hard to get to this vacation, I worked on the plane ✈️ flying to vacation, I worked while there and on the flight back. And I’m PROUD. Because that’s who I am. Because I work for what I want. Because I want the most for my daughters. Because I love the feeling of being successful at something. Because I know the results don’t happen without the work. Because it ALL adds up. Because it’s ALL I KNOW. I laugh at the people who still judge me because those aren’t my people. I smile and those people who care super close to me and still looking for me to fail. Because it’s their loss. If they don’t see how hard I work, they don’t want to and they never will. And that’s not for me to worry about. I’m so proud of every bit of hard work I put into this life. I wont ever play small and I won’t ever dim my light for anyone. Life is meant to be lived, loved and appreciated. And I mm so thankful I get to do it every day. ❤️

I will always make the case for ple•sure-based education, because it understands that our s•xuality is an integral part of who we are, and it is healthiest and most developed when explored with trust, respect, and curiosity.  Ple•sure-based health ed helps people understand their bodies, communicate desires, and set boundaries. It fosters consent, confidence, and mutual satisfaction—not just in s•x, but in all relationships. When health ed ignores ple•sure and only highlights the risks, it limits how we understand and experience s•xuality. Excluding ple•sure also narrows our definition of s•x, often erasing LGBTQ+ experiences. We deserve to learn about the diverse ways people experience intimacy and connection!  Health ed should be age-appropriate, but that doesn’t mean avoiding ple•sure. For younger kids, it can start with understanding what feels good—like a warm bath or playing outside. This helps normalize seeking joy and fulfillment, skills that translate into future relationships 🧡 #healtheducation #healthclass #teachinghealth #healthed #inclusive #lgbtq #lgbtqeducation #pleasure
