After doing Grand Jury duty I’ve seen 1st hand how many girls/women are thrown under the bus by “boyfriends” that talk them into putting drugs and guns into their purses just in case they’re pulled over…because HE has a warrant or arrest record and she doesn’t. Over the weeks I served on the GJ there there were 4 cases. The guys literally told cops they had no idea about the drugs/guns. ALL of those girls/women went to trial and ALL of them were charged and I believe ALL were found guilty and served time. I simply cannot fathom throwing my life away for my husband much less some boyfriend or as in this case just a random dude she met a few hours ago. This girl CHOSE not to stop because she knew there was a gun in the car. But she was the driver/owner of the car and if the passenger says “not my gun” she is ultimately responsible. Same with drugs.
