my magnesium level are normal but i haven't checked for my ferritin and vit D. I bought Amway Cal D Magnesium but I'm scared if my magnesium will be overdose if I take it. I talked to my doctor about it and he said I should go for it. Dilemma.

Took 200mg of Magnesium Glycimate the Nature Best brand. I got night terrors. It felt like I was on a rollercoaster ride , woke up with my heart racing , got up and started breathing slow. Threw those pills in the trash. Lemon Balm tea helps better

My vitamin D was at 11 and my GP said “ah it’s fine I always see this” and my naturopathic doctor said “that boy doesn’t now what he’s saying!” She said it’s the lowest she’s personally seen in her 15 years of practice 😅

I take tons of vitamins for months almost years, all my labs came out great with no deficiencies, and I still have tons of anxiety daily😂

D3 and magnesium glycinate have been wonderful. ER mentioned both when I went in for anemia. They gave me potassium on the spot. I had no idea I was deficient in anything! I had bloodwork done just months prior 🤷🏼♀️
