The "leap of faith" line from Into the Spiderverse is actually what gave me the courage to make the first move. He was a gentleman and very understanding that I was going through something at the time and didn't want me to feel pressured. I knew that, if I wanted something more than friendship, I was going to have to step outside of my comfort zone and speak up about how I felt instead of hoping he'd do it first like I used to. We've been married since 2020 and bought our first house at the end of May this year. 🖤 That movie will forever have a special place in my heart because it was the first one we saw together, and that line hit me so hard.
