It’s important to remember that not everyone’s acne journey will be the same. There are many different causes and they all look SO similar. For me it was diet change. I started eating healthier and focused on cruciferous veggies

I thought It was just acne because it was only on my face. I was allergic to my laundry soap! it was giving me cystic acne. but benzoyl peroxide a few times a week with good moisturizer kills any of it. you can ever dab some of it on a zit over night and it works. best acne fighter I've ever found in my 35 years
