@maham__khaan: A little busy day at home with me ❤️🏡 He was coming home in just 30 minutes, and I still had to make mutton biryani, gobi gosht, and clean the kitchen! 😂🍛 Alhamdulillah, everything turned out so delicious. 🤍 🍛 Mutton Biryani Recipe Fry onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, yogurt, biryani masala, and spices. Bhuno well. Add mutton and cook until nicely browned. Add water, cover, and cook until the mutton is tender. Boil the rice separately. Layer the rice over the mutton and add fried onions, mint, coriander, green chilies, and a little food color. Cover and cook on low heat for dum until perfectly done. 😍 🥘 Gobi Gosht Recipe Fry onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, then add yogurt and spices. Add mutton and everything really well. Add water, cover, and cook until the mutton is almost tender. Add gobi and green chilies. Cover and cook until the gobi and mutton are completely tender.
