The charges are linked to a 2024 video Tyler Boebert allegedly recorded with a 17-year-old, according to an affidavit in support of an arrest warrant. He was 18 at the time. The 17-year-old’s mother later alerted authorities that a video showing her daughter and Tyler Boebert having sex was posted on Instagram, the affidavit states. The affidavit does not say who allegedly posted the video.
