guys I work there and they barely offer anything !! The degrees and schools that offer are so specific and picky I’ve tried, free tuition is them just making u attend an online school

I don’t qualify for health insurance because you need to work 25+hours for you to be able to get it. They only give me 16 hours a week don’t qualify for pto time as well.

Even if a program is only covered 10k per year - just take enough classes in that year that equates 10k. Yeah you’ll be in school a little longer but it’s 100% free.

I work at Target & my college is 100% paid for and I even get refund checks a couple times out the year (because of FAFSA). Mind you I went back to college back in 2023 so they been paying for a while now lol

I think for most benefits you have to work 25-30 hours target does not offer full time positions to employees only managers get full time hours

its not free tuition. you need to pick your major from a small list that will help you pay your college. you will be reimbursed, so its not free. also for the pet insurance, its practically the same thing, you file a claim, and you get reimbursed but it depends on the plan you have, and how much you get reimbursed. you can be either full time or part time to receive the benefits from target.

OK, people be honest, should I apply at target I’m 19 years old. Don’t have work experience to took a year off cause I don’t know what to do with my life, but I wanna start making money, I will have to walk an hour to target depends on me really & I’m bad at counting money so I can’t be cashier but they put me a cashier or will they put me at stocking someone help me out their opinion

Tuition is very very picky, they reimburse you and only a handful of degrees they offer and it’s all online, The degrees they have benefit target
